“An approaching storm in a field of roses, after which, only a field of blood remains..”
This piece was inspired one night during such a storm, listening to the wind and the rain, occasional thunder, having enjoyed too much wine, a spark of creativity led me to my studio to paint an interpretation of Tempesta tra le Rose, (Storm among the Roses).
The piece is various shades of crimson, the only color imaginable.
